Reflective Spaces for Complex Lives
Some things can't be worked out on the move, or with the people already inside the situation.
A reflective space is somewhere to take them: unhurried, a step outside the system you're standing in, close enough to the difficulty to be useful. Somewhere to think clearly, hear yourself again, and find your own authority in the midst of complex demands.
I'm Sandra Cunningham. Coach, Coaching Supervisor and Consultant. I work with leaders, coaches, and small organisations who are navigating real complexity – and who want to do that work with depth.
Three ways we might work together
Three different rooms, one kind of conversation: unhurried, close to the real difficulty, and given enough attention that people arrive at things they couldn't have got to on their own. The people who come to me tend to like thinking, and to want it to go somewhere.
Leadership Coaching
For leaders whose work is asking more of them, and usually it’s relational. An extended, considered coaching engagement.
Coaching Supervision
A reflective space for coaches and for leaders who coach. One-to-one supervision; group supervision piloting this year.
Consulting
Facilitative work on strategy, organisation design and culture, for small and medium-sized organisations in service of others.
Insights
Regular writing on reflective practice, leadership and the conditions for good work and wellbeing.
